The Inconel 800 alloy series was invented by Special Metals Corporation Group Of Companies. The alloy was created to sustain those industrial environments that have high corrosive and oxidizing environments. Chemical composition of the fittings

When the alloy’s temperature is increased, then it offers more resistance to corrosion and undergoes sulfidation and carburization. At high temperatures, the pipe, tubes and fittings of the alloy also gain creep and rupture strength.
